1. Operator and scope
These terms apply to the pre-registration site operated by the BAKERU team. Review these terms, the disclaimer and privacy policy before registering. Minors need a parent or guardian's consent and must also meet the age and usage rules of external services.
2. Entry requirements
Pre-registration is free. Sign in with your own X account and provide a correct Solana public wallet address to register. After registration, sign in with your own Discord account from your membership page and verify membership in the BAKERU Discord server. Entries without Discord verification are not eligible for pre-registration. Complete the other displayed requirements, including following the official X account and commenting on and reposting the selected post.
When the target post is not yet available, registration is provisional. Further steps will be announced through this site, official X and Discord. A submitted registration or displayed card does not guarantee verified eligibility, an NFT, a mint slot, selection, any distribution quantity or benefits.
Entries may be excluded or access suspended if requirements cannot be verified or there is false information, duplication, impersonation, bot abuse or infringement. Decisions are based on reasonable grounds; contact the official team if you believe there is an error.
3. Cards and artwork
A membership card is a commemorative digital image, not an identity document, financial product or transferable NFT. Assigned icons, cards and member wallpapers may be used personally and non-commercially, including social avatars, card sharing and device wallpapers.
Copyright and other rights in the artwork, characters and logos remain with their respective owners. Selling images, minting them as NFTs, commercial merchandise and uses implying official status require separate permission. Registration and downloading do not transfer copyright or commercial rights. Unlawful or infringing uses are prohibited.
4. Information and member display
Registration information is used for entry review, cards and icons, referrals, comment tasks, friendships and points, support and abuse prevention. Your X profile link, member number and icon appear in the registered-member directory. Registered members can also view invitation counts, optional team names, invitation rankings and teams formed through direct invitations. A verification badge appears beside names with verified Discord server membership. Discord names and wallet addresses are not shown in the directory. See the privacy policy for details.
Comment tasks automatically award 10 points once per task when the submitted URL meets the displayed conditions, including matching your signed-in X account. These checks concern URL conditions, not the content or reply relationship of a post on X. New submissions close at the task deadline. Earned points remain after a task closes, and registered members can see point totals and ranks. Friendships require both members’ verified Discord membership and the recipient’s approval. Each member receives 10pt. Both members may complete one friendship per day, resetting at 00:00 JST, and each pair earns points only once. Requests expire after 24 hours and have displayed sending limits and cooldowns. Team points combine a leader’s points with their direct invitees’ points for team ranking and city districts. Points measure site activity; they are not money, transferable tokens or NFT entitlements.
Access information is saved in the browser used to register. Take care when sharing devices or access information. Never send private keys, seed phrases or passwords to this site or the team.
5. Changes and availability
There is currently no fixed closing date. Entry schedules, requirements, features or benefits may change, pause or end for operational reasons. Material changes and their effective dates will be announced on this site, official X or Discord. Changes do not remove accrued rights contrary to applicable law.
6. Liability and contact
The disclaimer forms part of these terms. Nothing excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable mandatory law and consumer rights take priority over these terms.
Contact the official X account or Discord team below about corrections, account restrictions or these terms.
