1. Information collected
We collect your X and Discord account IDs, usernames and identity verification times confirmed through sign-in, BAKERU Discord server membership status, verification time and changes to verification results, comment URL, task submission and completion times and earned points, Solana public wallet address, requirement confirmations, registration date and status, member number and icon, referral relationship, optional team name, friendship requests, acceptance, rejection, cancellation, relationships, timestamps and daily reward records, and the policy version and time of consent. Support requests may include contact details and information needed to resolve the request. X and Discord sign-in use each service’s official authentication screen. Access tokens are used temporarily to retrieve your account information and verify Discord membership, and are not retained. We do not request email, direct-message or Discord server-message access. Discord membership verification reflects membership at the time of authentication.
Hosting logs may record IP addresses, access times and browser information for delivery and security. Registration rate limits use an identifier derived from the IP address and time. Music-play counts use anonymous play IDs, a tab-level identifier and playback times. An hourly identifier derived from the IP address limits repeated submissions. These measurements are not linked to account information. We do not request private keys, seed phrases or wallet balances.
2. Purposes
We use information to receive and review entries, issue cards and icons, restore registration, provide member and referral lists, comment tasks, friends and individual and team points rankings, aggregate registration and music-play counts, handle support and correction requests, prevent abuse and duplicate entries, maintain and improve the site, and comply with legal obligations. We provide notice or obtain consent as required if these purposes change.
3. Information shown to members
Your X profile link, member number and assigned icon appear in the registered-member directory. Registered members can view each member’s point total and points rank, invitation count, optional team name, invitation ranking and team of people who registered directly through that member’s invitation link. BAKERU CITY presents these icons, X accounts and team information as residents and billboards. CITY TAKEOVER shows registered members the combined points of a leader and their direct invitees, team ranks and crew members’ points. Friendship lists and request states are visible only to the member involved. BAKERU Connections lets registered members explore inviters, direct invitees and team connections using the assigned characters. Join timestamps, Discord verification timestamps and recent changes to counted status for direct invitees are shown only to their inviter in My team. History starts when this recording feature is introduced; missing earlier events are not reconstructed. A badge also appears beside names with verified Discord server membership. New registrations require agreement to this display. Discord names, comment URLs, wallet addresses and consent records are not included in the member directory.
BAKERU LIVE is optional. When you join, registered members can see your icon, X username and current CITY or music-listening activity. You can turn sharing off at any time. Activity stops appearing within 90 seconds after updates stop. Joining LIVE does not award points.
Choosing Share your card on X creates a share page containing the card image, member number, X username and card status. Anyone with the link, including social preview crawlers, can view the page and image without signing in. Registration links on the page include your referral code. Discord names, comment URLs, wallet addresses and authentication information are excluded. Character-share pages contain character artwork and stories, without a personal X account, member number or registration details. Shares made with an invitation link use a referral code. Social platforms may retain previews even after the source page is removed. Contact the team to request removal of your member display or share page.
4. Hosting and external services
The site uses managed ChatGPT Sites hosting and storage. Infrastructure providers, including OpenAI and Cloudflare, perform processing needed to deliver the service. Infrastructure may operate in multiple countries or regions; processing is not guaranteed to remain in one country. Actual processing depends on the providers' agreements, settings and policies. We will separately address any legally required information or consent for overseas processing.
We do not sell registration information. Disclosure is limited to necessary service providers, the member display described above, your consent or legally permitted circumstances. External websites handle information under their own policies.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies and browser storage support registration recovery, temporary X and Discord authentication and sign-in state, short-lived proof of Discord membership, referral codes and language preferences. A record of team titles already shown, keyed by member number, is kept in browser storage to prevent repeat celebrations. An anonymous identifier for music-play deduplication is stored in sessionStorage, normally lasting until the tab closes. Your BAKERU LIVE sharing choice is also saved in browser storage. We have not implemented advertising tracking on this site. Blocking or clearing storage may prevent card recovery and referral features from working.
6. Protection and retention
Music-play deduplication records are progressively deleted after 48 hours; daily aggregate counts are retained. The admin dashboard requires operator authentication. We use encrypted communications and access controls to help protect information. We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes above and remove information that is no longer needed, subject to necessary security, dispute or legal retention.
7. Requests and operator contact
Contact the official X or Discord team to request access, corrections, restriction, deletion or removal from member display. We verify ownership of the relevant account and respond under applicable law. Do not post wallet or other private information publicly to make a request.
The contact team is BAKERU. Legally required details about the responsible operator, including name, address and a corporate representative where applicable, are provided without undue delay upon the data subject's request. Material changes will be announced on this page and official channels.
